What are the General Rules?
RESPECT THE STUDIO.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING & NO DRUGS in or around Studio premises.
ARRIVE ON TIME. Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time.
CLEAN UP after yourself. Studio must be returned to its original condition before your booking ends.
FINISH ON TIME. Overtime charges will be applied if you exceed your scheduled time.
YOU BREAK IT, YOU PAY FOR IT. This goes for everyone in your party.
SORRY, BUT PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO. Service dogs exempt (must provide proof).
WILL A PHOTOGRAPHER OR MAKE UP ARTIST BE INCLUDED WITH THE STUDIO RENTAL?
No. We provide the space and equipment. The rest is all up to you. However we can provide a list of local recommendations for Photographers , MUAs, Hair and Wardrobe Stylists.
HOURS OF OPERATION?
The Photo Factory is available for bookings from 9am-10pm every day.
Bookings and Studio Tours are by appointment only. No walk-ins please.
MY TIME HAS EXPIRED.. BUT I NEED MORE TIME.
If time permits you can extend your session.. Please inform a PHOTO FACTORY representative. Additional charges will apply.
ARE THE LIGHTS ALREADY SET UP FOR MY SHOOT?
No. You and your crew will be responsible for setting up lights to your preference. The studio will be neatly organized upon your arrival. You will be responsible for putting everything back in its original place toward the end of your shoot. Clean up fees will apply if not left in original condition. The Photo Factory can setup your lighting and camera settings for an additional $30 (basic key light and fill light setup only).
WHERE CAN I PARK?
There is parking available directly in front of the studio. It is free, safe, and secure. You should have no problems finding parking.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?
Yes, however, you must do this via an email/text request at least 24 hrs prior to your booking start date in order to be eligible for a code to be applied for a future rental. No refunds will be given!
CAN I ARRIVE EARLIER THAN MY SCHEDULED BOOKING?
Please do NOT arrive prior to your confirmed start time. It is also your responsibility to inform your entire party of this policy.
WILL THERE BE A STUDIO REPRESENTATIVE ON SITE?
A Studio Representative may or may not be present during your session. In the event where the studio manager is unavailable, an access code will be provided to you. Studio representative will NOT be in the way of your shoot. He/she will be available in the front office.
CAN WE BRING FOOD INTO THE STUDIO?
Yes. You are responsible for cleaning before your studio time has expired.
